Eve Brown - Student Letting Procedure
To be considered for a property for 2012 - 2013 the following procedure should be followed:
- Select a property from our website, or collect a list from our office - Lists open Tuesday 7th February 2012
- Arrange to view through the existing tenants - viewings are Tue/Wed/Thur only (potential tenants should satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the property).
- Each Applicant should download the following documents and return them completed, with a University/Landlord reference, at time of applying. Partially completed applications will not be accepted.

- Guarantor Form (Opens in new window)
- An interview will be offered to a maximum of 3 groups per property following the opening of our list. Please read the Short assured tenancy below in preparation of the interview.
- If you are successful full deposit equivalent of 1 months rent plus admin fee should be paid at time of signing the lease.
