Eve Brown - Student Letting Procedure

To be considered for a property for 2010 - 2011 the following procedure should be followed:

1. Select a property from our website (Coming soon)
2. Arrange to view through the existing tenants (potential tenants should satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the property).
3. Each Applicant should download the following documents and return them completed, with a University reference, at least 2 days prior to interview:
   • Student Application Form (Opens in new window)
   • Guarantor Form (Opens in new window)
4. An interview will be offered following the opening of our list on the 16th February 2010.
5. Lease to be completed and full deposit paid within 4 days of interview.
